Every trip inquiry begins by submitting a trip request or booking a consult call. This is when we'll discuss your destination ideas, travel vision, and trip inspiration. I'll share more about how I can assist you with your travel needs and my services offered. Next, you'll choose the service that best fits your needs: the full trip planning service (go to step 2) or the booking only service (skip to step 3).
Choosing the full trip planning service, gives you access to a crafted personal itinerary based on your preferences as well as destination & lodging selection/recommendations, activity reservations & information with schedule coordination, destination maps & guides, a detailed travel itinerary app where you can access all of your information on the go, ongoing trip support, and more. You'll secure your full trip travel planning service spot with your designated planning retainer.

Now the planning & research begins! I'll narrow down lodging and destination options to the top 3 that fit your trip vision. You'll review, and then pick your favorite! This process usually takes about a week because I don't just pull random quotes from google, instead, I am in contact with my on-site connections and leveraging my partnerships to global suppliers to get the best experiences. My booking only service assists you in booking pre-determined lodging, cruise, or experience while gaining the exclusive benefits my partners share with me. Booking only services do not include a multi-destination or lodging proposal, schedule coordination of experiences, personal assistance with reservations/transport, or support outside of the booked lodging or excursion.

Here, for my full trip planning clients, I will begin adding in and/or suggesting special experiences to your trip...personal amenities, local events or bucket list sites, needed reservations, and unique touches crafted by me. I'll make sure times and availabilities match your schedule and share the needed information to help you travel with ease. You'll get a detailed itinerary with everything you need to know, from tips to logistics, all in one place on your personalized travel app. (If you're a spontaneous traveler, no worries, we can leave space for fun as it comes.) Planning doesn't mean restriction, just purposeful direction.

I am so glad you are here! Travel has been such a meaningful investment to me and I love creating those experiences for others! I didn't grow up traveling, but as I grew older, I wanted to learn more about the world, explore new places, and really soak up it's beauty. I love getting to connect with people from different places and this became even more important to me, after becoming a mom and wanting to share these memories with my own kids.

Our first travel adventures started with road trips, setting out spontaneously without much planning or preparation. This was fun, but a lot of my trip time was filled with figuring out the plans on the go which made me feel less present. I soon learned planning doesn't actually restrict my time but allows me to be more focused in the moment, able to really take it all in, versus doing the research on the go. Even if the day takes its own turns, which it will, having an idea of the plan actually gives us more freedom to explore; hence, my appreciation of planning was born. I am still no less of a spontaneous traveler though.
I enjoy using travel as a way to show my kids how you can make a difference in the world and accessible it is to impact someone else’s life. It may sound like only a simple vacation or a way to indulge yourself in some "me" time, but for the people who live in destinations where tourism is the main industry, it's how they get the most support for their communities. Being part of this reminds me how interconnected we all are with one another. Not to mention how much there is to learn from other cultures, values, and ways of life.
